FreyZein are focused on disrupting the performance fabrics sector. As most performance clothing is created from petrochemicals, which release greenhouse gases and plastic microfibers, the same clothes designed for outdoor use are damaging the environment. In contrast, FreyZein uses regenerative fibers to develop natural textiles without compromising performance. They are developing products that are waterproof and breathable, and can either be recycled to make new products or composted into natural materials.
